sku # 202MKVI
Tascam Dual-Well Cassette Deck

Overview

TASCAM's 202mkVI dual cassette deck is the only choice for professional studios, houses of worship and other installations needing reliable cassette performance. The dual twin-head decks can each be used for recording or playback, or can be used together for normal or high-speed dubbing. Sync reverse dubbing is also available.

Return to zero and A-B repeat features are included, which can play back a section of tape up to 20 times. Deck 1 has ±12% pitch control, and a front panel microphone input is available for convenient recording. Rely on TASCAM's 202mkVI for consistent cassette recording you can mount in any rack.

Dual Cassette Transport
The dual auto reverse cassette decks allow a tape to be cued in TAPE 2 while playing TAPE 1. Recording and playback and output is supported on both decks. Additionally, TAPE 1 has pitch control and an RTZ (Return to Zero: Return the counter to 0000) function.

Continuous Recording Feature
Continuous recording from TAPE 1 to 2 captures long recordings using two tapes. A convenient function for recording meeting minutes or other long events, the 202mkVI allows hours of recording. Recordings are captured from TAPE 1-Side A ? TAPE 1-Side B ? TAPE 2-Side A ? TAPE 2-Side B.

Continuous Playback Function
The continuous playback function, which switches from TAPE 1 to 2, makes the 202mkVI convenient for background music. Like the continuous recording feature, the 202mkVI switches from TAPE 1-Side A ? TAPE 1-Side B ? TAPE 2-Side A ? TAPE 2-Side B.

Parallel Recording Feature
The parallel recording function for TAPE 1 and 2 records audio to both decks simultaneously, creating two tapes with the same contents. A master tape and a copy for distribution can be created simultaneously such as when distribution is needed after recording, skipping the need for duplicating the master tape.

Mic mixing function convenient for karaoke and announcements using the microphone input
A front panel microphone input is provided, allowing the user to record annoucnements or commentary. The mic input is mixed with the RCA inputs, and each level can be mixed individually.

* It is not possible to record by mixing the sound played back from TAPE 1 (or TAPE 2) with the sound from the mic input to TAPE 2 (or TAPE 1).

One-touch Dubbing
Dubbing the contents of one tape to the other is available at the touch of a button. Both normal speed and high-speed dubbing are available. The synchro reverse dubbing function synchronizes the side A/B switching for both TAPE 1 and TAPE 2, so that the contents start at the same time – even when using tapes of different lengths.

sku # ADRW900B
Tascam CD/Cassette Dual Recorder

Overview

Able to record on CD-R or CD-RW, cassette, USB, or even to a computer, the TEAC AD-RW900 is a flexible recorder for home, office or installation. A combination CD player and recorder captures audio to standard audio discs for sharing, archive and duplication. A cassette player and recorder with auto-reverse and pitch control is also provided. Both the CD and cassette transports have input level controls with metering on the LCD display.

The AD-RW900 has two USB sections for playback and recording. The front-panel jack accepts USB flash drives, recording or playing back hours of internet-ready media. The rear panel has an additional USB connection for connecting to a Mac or Windows computer. Dub from any format and record the results on your computer, or play back a music library through the AD-RW900 outputs.

Whether archiving music to computer, playing from a computer media server or recording conferences and events, the AD-RW900 is flexible enough for any sound system.

Record from cassette, phono input, or auxiliary input to audio CD-R/RW
The product incorporates a CD recorder for writing to audio CD-R/RW discs. If you use CD media regularly, you can transfer your precious recordings on cassette to audio CD-R/RW discs in degradation-free digital audio format.  The built-in cassette deck is not the only analog source for audio recordings. You can record analog audio sources from the phono input, to which a record player is connected, or from the auxiliary input to audio CD-R/RW discs.  Recording music to audio CD-R/RW discs lets you listen to your music even when playback options are limited to CDs (car audio systems, for example).

Multimedia recorder for recording from a range of sources to various media
This product can record to and from a wide range of different media to suit individual requirements: from old cassettes to CD-R/RW; from CD to USB flash drive as MP3 files; from MP3/WMA files stored on USB flash drive to cassette. Transferring from less convenient to more useful media lets you make the most of your music collection.  Dubbing between devices is entirely internal, eliminating complex wiring. To record, simply press a button.
A USB port on front panel lets you transfer digital audio data to a PC free of USB or other media devices.

sku # BD-R2000
Tascam HD/Blu-Ray/DVD Recorder

Overview

The BD-R2000 captures standard or high-definition video to hard drive, DVD or Blu-ray™ media – with authoring and editing features to make the perfect disc. The multi-format recorder can store video on the hard drive, perform simple edits then author a disc menu before burning to standard DVD-Video or Blu-ray format. It supports video input from DV/HDV cameras (4-pin FireWire) and S-Video, or video files stored to USB 2.0 or SD/SDHC card. With support for several video, audio and still image formats, the BD-R2000 is an ideal fit for schools, house of worship, boardroom and other high-end installations.

The disc authoring system of the BD-R2000 improves on the shortcomings of competing disc-recording systems. Disc playback is seamless, avoiding the pause between scenes often encountered on other solutions.  Scenes can be trimmed, separated and arranged on a menu before committing to a blank disc. One-touch dubbing allows an entire DVD or Blu-ray disc, USB drive or SD/SDHC card to be stored on the hard drive, then burned to Blu-ray disc at up to 32x speed.

With so many storage formats to choose from, TASCAM's BD-R2000 is the ultimate video recorder.
